CUT-TO-ORDER FABRICS
Fabrics sold by the yard are cut specifically according to the quantity ordered.
Because cut fabric cannot be restored to its original uncut condition, cut-to-order fabrics are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, color preference, or no longer needing the fabric.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product photos, descriptions, measurements and specifications carefully before ordering.
COLOR & DISPLAY
We make every effort to represent our fabrics accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and individual displays.
Please review the product information carefully before purchasing.
BRIDAL & CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, or specially produced bridal items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been cut, customized, prepared for production, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and the problem.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
If a standard, non-customized item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending the item back.
Returns must be authorized in advance and returned in their original, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with original packaging where applicable.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where a return is required.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• Cut-to-order fabric
• Custom-cut or personalized products
• Made-to-order or customized bridal products
• Altered, used, washed, damaged, or worn items
• Items specifically marked as Final Sale
