ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock fabric orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Bridal products, customized items, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Please refer to the individual product page for specific production or processing details.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.
MULTIPLE-YARD FABRIC ORDERS
For fabrics sold by the yard, multiple quantities of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country's regulations.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
