PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Because fabrics and textile products may appear differently under different lighting conditions and displays, slight variations in color may occur.
For handmade, customized, made-to-order or textile products, minor variations may occur as a natural result of materials and production processes.
FABRIC ORDERS
Fabrics sold by the yard are cut according to the quantity ordered.
Unless otherwise stated, a quantity of 1 represents 1 yard. When multiple yards of the same fabric are ordered, we will provide one continuous piece whenever reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for confirming the required quantity, color and product specifications before placing an order.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable storefront currency.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where required to correct an obvious error.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping times may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, destination conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Cut-to-order fabrics, customized products, personalized products and certain made-to-order bridal items may be considered final sale, subject to applicable law.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International purchases may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
